Online interpreting questions

High-quality interpreting requires clear audio without echo or interference. We recommend using external microphones for speakers, testing the connection 1-2 days before the event, and having backup communication channels.

Yes, most platforms allow you to record events along with the interpretation. However, this must be agreed with the interpreters in advance, and their written consent to the recording must be obtained.

We work in Zoom and on our own RSI X platform. RSI X integrates with other video conferencing platforms, so please check connecting to your own platform with the manager when ordering.

We always have backup communication channels and standby interpreters. In the event of a technical failure, the interpreter reconnects via an alternative channel within 1-2 minutes. We also provide technical support during the event.
